Sheer desperation led me to Jenni from Optimum Health Centre as 6 months of treatment from my skin specialist to treat chronic psoriasis on my hands and feet proved to be a waste of time and money, and my feet and hands were getting worse, not better.

I took along a healthy case of cynicism to my first appointment with Jenni as I'd never been to a Naturopath before. I thought to myself what can a Naturopath do that a Skin Specialist can't do? Boy was I wrong!

Within the first 5 minutes of my consultation with Jenni, she had diagnosed what the cause was, she provided me with a rigorous food regime which I was none too pleased about, and also gave me supplements and ointment to help reduce the chronic pain I was experiencing.

Within the first 48 hours of complying with Jenni's instructions, I felt a 20% reduction in pain on my feet, within the first week of treatment, I was confident enough to cancel my next skin specialist appointment because Jenni was treating the cause, not just the symptoms, and I was seeing the amazing results for myself, I could walk again without pain after just 7 days of starting my treatment!

I still have the skin condition, however I now have all the tools and resources I need to manage it thanks to Jenni. The regime isn't easy, but it sure beats not being able to walk without pain!

May I recommend if you are experiencing any chronic painful skin condition, take your healthy dose of cynicism to Jenni and let her work her magic on you - I can guarantee you will be delighted with the results and the joy in your life will return within 7 days!

The service I was terrible. My appointment was changed without me knowing, I traveled 1.5 hours and waited 1 hour in 40 degree heat. I received no apology for the service and my credit card was charged more than the quoted consult fee plus additional fees I was not aware off. I was also given lots of medication that my obstetrician was not happy with me taking while pregnant. Some ideas regarding food and lifestyle are great but this is all information I had been given previously. I do not recommend the Optimum Health Centre to others.

Jenni is lovely, but my entire experience was about "up selling" and I'm so disappointed I fell for it. The herbal supplements she prescribes are packaged and labeled in house - they are missing many of the details required under legislation (the spelling is even different on some) and at a ridiculous markup. She doesn't provide health or kowledge, she sells supplements, but in a friendly way.
I visited for an ayurvedic consult (she provides a lot of services), her fees are significantly higher than more dedicated ayurveda practioners I have recently found. Recommend you look around a little more.
