What a way to start 2022. I put 1 star only so I can write a review for this shop. My mother who is in her 83rd year has been buying shoes and bags from this store for 15years or perhaps more. Today 4th Jan 2022 purchased shoes left the box went home and tried the shoes on again on carpet and found they were too heavy. Went back within half an hour to return /exchange and was told that she couldn't as she threw the box away. Bins were empty and not collected on this day . There is no sign about boxes and she never told my mother about no box no refund or no exchange. WOW this is how you treat a loyal customer of many years? Kathy Stassi very poor and very rude. All items there are so over priced any way. Lost the most loyal customer. DISCUSTING!!!!
