OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Best shop and workshop in the area.

In Austria on holiday and was looking for a unique part that was broken on my bike. All other workshops visited provided mediocre service and gave up. The guys at Bigtime Sport went above and beyond.

Being a bike mechanic myself they even allowed me to borrow the workshop and tools needed, as their mechanic had left for the day.

The crew receive my warmest recommendations.

Side note: if you are looking for gear, these guys have so many great brands and design in-stock. Definitely worth a stop-by if you are into bikes and clothing

We have rented ski equipment, the crew was really helpful when it comes to choosing the right set independently on the level of expertise in skiing. They were also OK with equipment exchange. They were alao sharing thia ski austian vibe, we really enjoyed being here!
