Ich kaufte mir am 23.09.23 einen Mantel, worauf ich diesen nach zwei Stunden wieder umtauschte, da sich die Passform doch nicht so gut gezeigt hatte, wie es beim Anprobieren den Anschein machte. Dabei traf ich auf einen jungen Angestellten, welcher mir den Umtausch zwar ermöglichte, aber eine Auszahlung des mit Karte bezahlten Mantels verweigerte. Eine Filialleitung gab es angeblich auch nicht, wodurch ich mich mit einem Gutschein zufrieden geben musste. Die Rechnung verweist nicht auf eine Erstattung im Sinne eines Gutscheins. Bin maßlos enttäuscht und werde zukünftig nichts mehr bei Jack and Jones kaufen.Bei anderen Geschäften legt man mehr Wert auf Kundenservice und man bekommt anstandslos sein Geld zurück.
