Sterne Abzug wegen der Unfreundlichkeit des Chefs.
Es tut mir Leid das ich eingekauft und somit gestört habe!

Die Ware ist völlig in Ordnung.
Weiteren Sterne Abzug gibt es für die komplizierte Bestellung.
Mein Sohn benötigt die Kleidung für die Schule.
Du musst nun an 2 Tagen (Montag/Dienstag) Nachmittag dort hin fahren zur Anprobe, dann kannst du jedoch nicht sofort bestellen, dass musst du dann zuhause Online machen.
Die Ware kannst du dir dann kostenpflichtig nachhause bestellen, oder wieder vor Ort abholen.

Verbesserungsvorschlag:
Bringt zu Schulanfang eine Satz Kleidung in die Schule, dort wird probiert, bestellt und anschließend wieder dort hin geliefert.
Wäre ein Service der euch zumutbar ist und eigentlich eine Erleichterung, da nicht jeder einzeln zu euch kommt.
