This is the most organised and amazing tourist office in Klagenfurt, with so much information and lovely staff. I met with Enkeleda Shala who was extremely friendly, knowledgable and spoke perfect English. She was happy to help and knew the answers to everything I asked her and helped recommend and suggest things to see in lovely Klagenfurt. The office was clean, efficient and organised and I found it immediately after a short walk from the train station. It was my first visit to Carinthia and it did not disappoint. I would very happily recommend anyone who arrives in Klagenfurt to grab a coffee at a lovely cafe and then pop in to see Enkeleda and her team who can help with literally anything you ask them. There are maps/ brochures/ transport information and they can help with accommodation too. Seriously a very impressive office with the loveliest people. Klagenfurt is the best city I have ever visited! Very friendly and kind people who are nice to talk to! The tour guide was very nice too, everything well explained and she transmitted every story very nicely! Kärten is my favorite place!

Kind, friendly and helpful people. They have many pamphlets for free and I didn't have any problem at all.

La Carinzia ha centinaia di luoghi noti e altrettanti nascosti, alcuni di essi ancora, parzialmente, da scoprire.

Questo ufficio turistico (pubblico) vi aiuterà a trascorrere un viaggio da esploratori o una vacanza rilassante. Un viaggio di puro divertimento oppure un soggiorno immersi nella natura.

Scoprire la Carinzia parlando con le impiegate che lavorano qui è puro piacere: sorridenti, accoglienti, super-professionali, gentili, disponibili a ogni domanda, generose nelle risposte e molto preparate!

Parlano inglese e una di esse anche italiano.

Questo ufficio è il biglietto da visita che la Carinzia offre ai propri visitatori: un'organizzazione mai vista prima d'ora.

Depliants, mappe, opuscoli che pubblicizzano festival musicali, artistici, rassegne cinematografiche, gadgets, sconti, consigli sull'offerta culinaria, sui negozi, sulle attrazioni, sui trekking e le attività in natura.

Tutto questo e altro ancora c'è in questo luogo, che si trova nel cuore di Klagenfurt. Che si trova nel Cuore della Carinzia!

Complimenti al comune di Klagenfurt, all'amministrazione del territorio, al personale che opera nell'ufficio turistico.

Donne dotate di grande senso del dovere e molto sensibili all'accoglienza di un turista!

Alle Infos für den Besuch in Klagenfurt in der kleinen Touristinfo direkt am Platz mit dem Lindwurm. Auch Landkarten oder freie Hotelzimmer mit netter Beratung.

Ich war hier auf einer Stipvisite. Mir hat es sehr gefallen. Ich war beeindruckt von den vielen malerische Gassen in der Altstadt und vom grossen Marktplatz.

Erholung, Kultur vom Kirchenbild zum Jazzclub mit Livemusik ein tolles Hotel direkt am See und Natur zum erwandern und erradeln und das im März bei 25° C. Wer brauch schon das Mittelmeer?

Zur Touristeninformation selbst kann ich nichts sagen, aber die Stadtführungen, die hier starten sind genial. Vollkommen kostenlos und sie finden sogar nur für einen Teilnehmer statt. Meine „persönliche“ Stadtführerin war kompetent, gut ausgebildet und super freundlich. Ich durfte mir sogar noch Orte wünschen und auch hierzu habe ich immens viel erfahren und all meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür!

Una delle impiegate, sebbene non sapesse la lingua italiana si è prodigata in francese per darci indicazioni utili. La conversazione è la disponibilità sono risultate piacevoli e simpatiche.

Am 29. 6. waren wir wegen des Ed Sheeran Konzerts in Klagenfurt. Durch eine "Fehlbuchung" hatten wir ein großes Problem im völlig ausgebuchten Klagenfurt eine Unterkunft zu finden. Das überaus freundliche Personal der Touristeninformation half uns aus dieser schwierigen Situation und organisierte für uns äußerst hilfsbereit eine Unterkunft.
Wir bedanken uns noch einmal sehr herzlich!
