Sehr nette und kompetente Bedienung. Man fühlt sich wohl und gut beraten. Top Qualität. Auch bei telefonische Nachfrage auf Umtausch - sehr, sehr freundlich.

Ich liebe Intimissimi Unterwäsche, kaufe und trage seit Jahren nur mehr Intimissimi Wäsche. Allerdings bin ich seit Jahren sehr enttäuscht vom Personal! Teilweise sehr unfreundlich und nicht kompetent. Fast schon Standard das man links stehen gelassen wird und/oder nicht bedient wird... Mich haben Sie leider als Kunde verloren, werde nur mehr in Wien einkaufen wo der Kundenservice noch top ist!
