Fantastic advice on skiing equipment. We ski every year with a choice choice of Austria France and Italy. Never had such great service so decided to update boots, fitting by Semma ( apologies for spelling) exceptional, tailored to my feet and so good a friend also replaced his boots and was similarly delighted. Team knowledgeable and friendly, nothing too much trouble. Delighted to recommend.

We found the staff cheerful, friendly and very helpful. Hiring and changing of equipment was done quickly and easily, and when we experienced an accident on the slopes in St Anton, on return Nicholas and the one young lady whose name I didn’t get, very kindly helped us get my badly injured husband to the doctors swiftly where he was treated immediately. Probably the best experience of a ski rental shop as the staff were wonderful, the storage system very easy and we’d highly recommended the shop

Booked skis and poles in advance and was able to pick them up in minutes. Great location on Ruefiplatz. The team was super friendly and everyone speaks good English. Had a number of services done on the skis which are included in the price. Had the option to buy the skis but couldn't due to travel restrictions.

Our party (2 couples) hasn't experienced such good service in many years' skiing.
We hired skis & sticks and used the storage facilities, and the staff took our kit to the door each morning and took it off us again in the afternoon ...very welcome assistance!
Two of our party were fitted for new boots such was their confidence in the team (thanks, Sammel!).

Good location and fair prices but exceptional great staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they look for thing to do to help you I.e. taking your skis to put them away or carry them to the door for you. Truly great people.

Fantastic service. We hired from them for a week and really appreciated the good service, especially the willingness to change our equipment as we worked out what the snow was like and what we really wanted to be riding. Much appreciated.

This was a truly amazing experience for renting skis and boots. We felt it was a sincere and professional team helping us to adjust for the best fit and comfort for our week on the snow. High tech devices meant we didn’t even have to take boots off to adjust/swap skis as it was saved into the system, making it swift and efficient. They were also able to store skis at only small cost so we didn’t have to carry them home. They were so personable and friendly and always asked how our day was and helped us improve our gear!
