I’m pretty sure this one is the 5 star hotel of choice for seekers of authenticity , history , family heritage that goes back almost 70 years , perfect location in the center of Lech right beside cable cars for ski lovers in the winter , heated outdoor pool with Jacuzzi with internal access straight inside the hotel , and a really amazing spa experience, with amazing aroma therapy sauna , steamer , and to my surprise also vertical shower that was a first to try, definitely worth it .Dealing with the staff was pleasant and professional , and had the great conversation with the owner who is hands on the property from A to Z and amazing personality .
breakfast was brief yet to the point and will tingle your taste buds.

Hands down our favourite place to stay. We’ve been coming in both the winter and the summer. Lech itself is a great place to unwind, and the Arlberg is the pick of Lech.

The team makes you feel super welcome across all aspects of a stay. The rooms are calm and well considered. The ski facilities are fantastic, with an underground connection to Strolz, and good recommendations for instructors.

Tasty breakfast, good half board with multiple course, indoor and outdoor pools, gym, wide range of spa treatments, and an extensive indoor kids playroom. Basically everything you could want.

Worth taking a sunny day and just relaxing on the sun terrace.

We had the most perfect 5 nights. Our room was delightful, service at the hotel so friendly and efficient. Pool and Spa luxurious. We loved relaxing on the sun deck after our long walks in the mountains. Our two dogs loved the attention they got by all the friendly staff. Can't wait to come back.

Hotel Arlberg is certainly one of the best places to stay in Lech. It’s location and proximity to ski lifts, as well as the town center is perfect. The rooms are spacious and very modern with a beautiful mountain touch. Staff is always nice and super attentive. At the hotel you will constantly see members of the Schneider family scanning and talking to guests making sure that everybody has a great time. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay in every single aspect. The food was exquisite, the room interior was one of a kind, the staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Our dog was treated like a king is his palace just as we were! We will remember our stay for long time to come. We will be back! Thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

We loved our stay from the first minute of arrival.
The reception team is super welcoming and gave us a tour of the hotel before bringing us to our room. Our car was parked by them and our luggage already waited for us in our room, when we arrived.
The drinks and the obligatory Kaiserschmarren were a great
afternoon snack.
Breakfast is awesome. I think it is the first buffet I saw with zero packaging. The Palatschinken and Omelettes were great.
Dinner (half-bord) was great and the wine selection including recommendations by the waiters were super.
The spa and pools are perfect. Massages were great and relaxing in the saunas was perfect. Needless to say, that everything was super clean.
Rooms are spacious and newly renovated. Cool design - Wood combined with design.
Overall an amazing job by the team - I will come again and then with even more time. Thank you for this great get-away!

Who's headed to Hotel Arlberg in Lech expected special experience.
It starts with a special and smiling welcome with the feeling that all they waited is for you to arrive.
The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained.
The room is very comfortable with detailed thinking for comfort. The only down side was the water stream in the shower.
The dinner served 6 courses menu and every dish was special. It felt like shef's resturants.
We was excited every evening for dinner.
It was our best experience for a couple that visits more than 100 hotels around the world. Thank you very much for a special experience and we will come back again.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel staff were super friendly and professional. The food was great. The room was amazing and always kept clean. The amenities were absolutely incredible. We will stay here again and again and again. They manage to do the smallest things, but make you say “no way they could have done that”. Our stay (my wife, dog and me) was absolutely one of a kind. The hotel and its amenities are simply perfect. We stayed in a junior suite which is an interior masterpiece (for a hotel room). Very spacious, wonderful balcony, superb view, magnificent bed and delightful bathroom. Even our four legged friend had his own bed!

The food is a mixture of world kitchen and Austrian food one level up! The wines are simply magical (thank you Christophe for the recommendation!). Even breakfast is accompanied with a menu.

About the hotel staff - the service and care provided is everything and more you can wish for! No request is left unanswered. You are treated like royals but always with the well known Austrian hospitality.
Although we are not so much into spa experience, this hotel has everything you can wish for.

All in all, we had an unforgettable week! This stay was meant to be a gift for our wedding anniversary but we are already planning our next visit to Hotel Arlberg. Thank you so much to the whole staff and hosts for giving us such a wonderful week! We enjoyed every single minute of our much too short time. We will come back for sure!

Hotel Arlberg is an exquisite hotel. It is super chic and yet perfectly relaxed. The service is so professional and seamless. The room we stayed in was spacious, lots of cupboard space and a large dressing room and bathroom.

The dining at night is fine dining...a five course meal and guests dress up (we neglected to pack our posh wear!). They must have one of the best dessert chefs as each night we were presented with delicious designer desserts. The service in impeccable.

The hotel has a proper functioning gym and large indoor pool and a magnificent, elegant spa with several saunas and a hot tub. There is a large kids play area with table tennis and foosball. There is organised activities and dinner for the kids between 3pm and 9pm.

This hotel together with the wonderful ski resort, Lech, make for the most perfect holiday.

Having stayed at many beautiful hotels all over the world, I can safely say none of them match the authentic and luxurious experience you get at the relentlessly fabulous Hotel Arlberg in Lech. The hotel has all you can ask for: the most hospitable host family, great staff, delicious food and a fantastic SPA area with a pristine outdoor pool. It is located right in the centre and within short walks of everything. Their state of the art ski locker room is even connected to the rental shop! The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and the beds are so incredibly cosy. It's actually impossible to find something negative to say. Just read some other reviews, and you'll understand what I mean. And if you haven't been to Lech yet.. go! It'll become your new favourite alpine destination.

We were a group of people that stayed at the Hotel Arlberg for the fantastic gondolas weekend in the beginning of the year last year. The service was fantastic and the accomondation simply amazing. The location of the hotel in the middle of Lech, walking distance to everything from the piste, restaurants and shops. The spa facilities and the restaurants are nothing short of outstanding. We had dinner in the Stube, which was very cozy and the real Austrian experience! The staff was extremely caring and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant! I can only recommend this place, I've never experienced anything like it!

Charming Hotel and an excellent Location, little walk for the ski lifts and smack in the middle of 'downtown Lech'.. Super staff, great Barman, amazing owner, all of them are passionate about Lech and always available to help... If ever in Lech again, this is were I'll stay!!!

Unbelievable stay
I went to Lech for a weekend in January last Winter and we stayed at a two-bedroom suite. We wanted to enjoy a cosy weekend away from the hotel management university in Lausanne. The apartment - type two bedroom suite was designed in your typical mountain-esque style - spot on! We enjoyed the Spa a lot and the pool area is extremely quiet and relaxing with amazing pool-beds (we did not try the massages). We had dinner at the restaurant and the service was better than what you would expect from a 5 star hotel combined with Austrian hospitality. Btw the food was also amazing! I can only recommend staying at this hotel! I will definitely go again!

We were frequent guests of the Arlberg when our children were younger and much enjoyed it. We returned last week-end after too long a break. It has not changed and is a wonderful place for a family skiing vacation. Mr and Mrs Schneider, their son and very caring staff really make you feel at home. Lech itself is also one of the nicest places for a winter holiday.
