Burg Hotel Oberlech

Excellent place for some apres-ski beers before heading back to your hotel after long skiing day. Service is friendly even though there might be a lot of people in the bar. Sun is shining to the terrace.

A dream hotel in a dream location with phenomenal staff, services, amenities, food, and beverages. We spent a week there skiing both alpine and Nordic, enjoying day trips in the area, and drinking up the majesty of the Austrian Alps

We had lunch at the Burg Oberlech restaurant and it was really great! The service really good and all the staff very polite!! Soups were amazing! 🤍 See you soon!

A fantastic experience. We stayed for two nights and almost everything surpassed our expectations. We got a room upgrade, which made the hotel feel even more special. The rooms are large, bright and thoughtfully decorated. Water is complementary, although coffee isn't. Every aspect is high quality, also in the large spa area, which is very relaxing (unfortunately, a few kids despite what the signs recommended).
The lobby is what dreams are made of, with a beautiful fireplace, room to spare and delicious local apples.
The breakfast is to die for and the dinner menu is well made but you can always go a la carte. The wine offering is superb and the wine menu that resembles a bible attests to that.
Our waiter at the restaurant was very attentive and shared some stories which is only possible as he's been working at this hotel for 8 years. They also catered for everything in English, knowing it was our preferred language.
On the last day, we were allowed for a late check-out, which allowed us to explore the wonderful mountains around.
Overall, incredible experience.

Delightful bar at hotel for a drink during ski runs, and a delicious spot for lunch. While the outside bar is fun and friendly (with a bartender who has been there for over 20+ years), the restaurant is a bit more formal but a delicious spot for a gourmet Austrian lunch with fine wines, fresh fish and delicious meat dishes. You will leave with a full belly for an afternoon ski run.

Loved the elaborate lunch here, perfect service and delicious seafood and mixed starters to share. Had a point mixed grill as main. Don't forget to check their cook book!

Excellent hotel in the best place in Lech. Best service in every single detail. Cozy gym, nice swimming pool and spa facilities. The food is mainly from local producers and the standard is too high. Amazing team there in the kitchen the restaurant, the reception. My most relaxing place in Alps....

It's a beautiful place with lovely atmosphere, services is close to perfection, the service woman named "Mona" is maybe one of the best i have seen. Food is delicious and the wines... Omg they're just awesome!

One thing to say: If you're not a king or a queen, you'll be treated like one. The food is amazing, the wine selection is perfect and the staff will make your stay better than anywhere.

Good food, nice place to have a break and eat during a skiing day. We had a sunny day, so we enjoyed the big terrace of the hotel and ate outside.

The Burg is a Lech classic. What earns it that distinction, is longevity, consistency and quality.

For Hotel guests the relationship with the staff is one of the most important pluses. Hermann, Claudia and Helga are long serving and amazing in therestaurant. Ollie and Stefan likewise at the bars which are an important apres ski destination. At Reception Martina runs a tight ship and the attentiveness to client requests is exemplary. Not to be forgotten at Ski Rental the Walch brothers Simon and Philip.

The a la carte menu, has some unmissable classics such as the schnietzel, the consomme, the steak tartare, and the kaiserschmarren. The Wine List is extensive and with some "steals" for those that know how to shop. Helga creates a great fondue atmosphere at the Stubbe.

Well done to the Lucian family for running a great hotel and for consistently investing in it.

Excellent service! Fantastic chef! Nice view. Very well positioned close to the lifts. Nice terrace on the sunny side.

Sitting on the sunny terrace at the Burg after skiing over from St Anton is highlight of the trip especially for the fantastic Ribs from the 5 star kitchen with everything glistening all around.
