Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, jedoch haltet man es im Geschäft nicht lange aus da es sehr heiß ist und es keine Klima gibt.

An und für sich nettes Personal. Doch beim Umtausch nicht sehr freundlich. Habe Tintenpatronen HP 953 (4 Stück gekauft). Eine war jedoch eine HP 935. Habs leider nicht bemerkt. Erst nach dem Öffnen habe ich den Fehler festgestellt. Karton war von mir aufgerissen worden. Kein Umtausch im Geschäft möglich, obwohl der Fehler großteils bei der Verkäuferin lag.
