Es ist bedauerlich, dass unser Interesse an einem Katalog, um die Gestelle anzusehen, am Telefon abgelehnt wurde. Die Begründung, dass sie ausschließlich mit Optikern zusammenarbeiten, ließ uns zweifeln. Offensichtlich schien es der Dame am Telefon überhaupt nicht wichtig zu sein, dass wir ebenfalls Optiker sind. Wir bezweifeln, ob das die richtige Art ist, mit Interessenten umzugehen.

Brille Rahmen hat nicht einmal 1 Jahr gehalten und ist einfach gebrochen. Kundendienst ist nicht hilfreich. Kein Geld zurück keine Entschuldigung. Ich kaufe keine Andy Wolf Brille mehr. Sehr enttäuschend für diesen hohen Preis!

Furchtbare garantieabwicklung. Erst Brille einsenden!! Sprich so lange die Brille in der Reparatur ist keine Sicht, wie bescheuert ist das denn bitte??
Nie wieder andy Wolf! Bei den Preisen sollten die Gestelle erstens länger halten und zweitens eine sofortige ersatzstellung garantiert sein.
