Fantastic service with much attention to detail, and comfortable and cosy furnishings in the public areas and guest rooms. Nice facilities including a sauna and an indoor swimming pool that is perfect after a long day of skiing. The food at the restaurant is delicious and hearty, offering local Austrian delicacies with local produce. Staff are warm and friendly, creating a warm honey atmosphere akin to a holiday home. Location wise, the hotel is located right beside the ski slopes and the gondola which makes it very convenient for us to ski in and out. The only tiny flaw perhaps was the network speed in my room which was quite weak. Special thanks to Wilfried, Melanie and Tobias for going the extra mile to interact with us and accommodate to our numerous requests during our stay!

Our stay at the Hotel Jagdhaus Monzabon beyond exceeded our expectations. The hotel was immaculate, the staff was incredible and the views were to die for. We stayed for 5 days in mid-February and wouldn’t change a thing. We were greeted on our arrival by the owner Melanie who was perhaps the nicest person I’ve ever met. Then we checked in to our room with a view that can only be compared to that of a postcard. An incredible breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack are all included in your stay and I would absolutely recommend the half board to have your dinners at the hotel as well. The in house chef is a genius and the four-five course meal was incredible every night. (PS - ALWAYS have the soup. Day or night the soup was the best I’ve ever had. Never skip the soup.) Located right at the bottom of one of the ski runs in Lech, the locker room at Monzabon was a total of 15 steps (we counted) to the 2 and 4 persons gondolas to start your day with. The staff at Monzabon were so helpful, personable and kind at every meal or in the hallway and would go above and beyond to help with any question or request you could possible have. Tobias, the in house sommelier was always around to suggest a wine pairing, curate a cocktail and see that everything was taken care of. Melanie checked in on a daily basis as if we were a part of her family to make sure we had everything we needed and our trip was all we thought it would be. If you’re planning a winter vacation (skiing, snowboarding, winter hiking or relaxing) the Hotel Jagdhaus Monzabon in Lech is the place to go. There are shops and restaurants all within meters of their front door but you truly will have everything you need right in the hotel. Thank you to Melanie, Wilfried, Tobias, Katarina, and the rest of the staff at Monzabon for making our first trip to Austria more memorable than we thought it could be. We hope to be back one day soon and can’t wait to stay with you again.

What a lovely family hotel! The owners Wilfried and Melanie are so helpful and friendly that you will feel this is a home away from home!. The breakfasts are superb and the hotel is very conveniently located by the lifts and close to the shops. It has a pool and spa area that are clean and relatively quiet, so well worth using after a day on the slopes.

This is the most wonderfully friendly hotel where nothing is too much trouble!! Everything is so well thought about and cared for, so clean and tidy. You can tell everyone here loves their job from Wilfred and Melanie onwards. The breakfast is the best ever!!!

This is an excellent hotel in which we stayed just recently during our winter vacation....the hotel is run by the schneider family and excellent staffs..., all of them are so friendly and so helpful.., the hotel is located just next to the main cable staion, schlegelkopf and it is very easy to reach the slopes.., the hotel is unbeliable clean especially the sauna swimming pool and fitness center as well... the breakfest and food is so delicious but if you want to go to another restaurant the staffs will help you inmediately for reservation or transfer...,the hotel rooms are designed in a historical Classic style which makes your experience unforgatable....certainly will go there again....no doubt about that....

Das Jagdhaus Monzabon hat eine perfekte Lage. Die Gastfamilie und das Team sind unglaublich gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und machen jeden Wunsch gerne möglich. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön groß und sauber, die Einrichtung war nicht ganz unser Stil, wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt, es war traditionell und hat gepasst. Schöne Saunen, Schwimmbad, alles sauber und mit Liebe gestaltet.
Frühstück perfekt und das flexible Abendessen war auch sehr gut.Vielen Dank, Familie Schneider, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Przemili właściciele, pomocni na każdym kroku. Wspaniale jedzenie i obsługa. Hotel zlokalizowany na stoku, także wychodząc z narciarni praktycznie można zakładać narty na nogi! Hotel wystrojony w klasycznym Tyrolskim stylu. Dodatkowo ogromny plus za basen, spa i wannę w pokoju!

Super hotel - bardzo mili i pomocni pracownicy oraz właściciele, pyszne jedzenie, hotel znajduje się kilka kroków od wyciągu - na zdjęciu widok z okna w pokoju, wychodząc z narciarni do wyciągu jest jeszcze bliżej

Spitzenhotel, äußerst freundliche Familie, grandiose Küche! Wir waren im Sommer dort für eine prickelnde Pauschale im Liebeshotel und hatten das Hotel samt Inhaberfamilie fast exklusiv für uns. Sie sind sehr freundlich und liebenswürdig; wir haben uns äußerst gut betreut und wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes, angenehmes Zimmer, ein feiner Wellnessbereich und v.a. eine unglaublich gute Küche!!! Offiziell stand sie kurz vor der zweiten Haube, für uns definitiv mindestens zwei Hauben wert! Sehr kreative Spitzenküche (siehe Fotos mit einer Auswahl der Speisen, die wir genießen durften)! Wenn ich 6 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich das sofort tun. Dieser Urlaub schreit förmlich nach Wiederholung!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super freundlichem Team. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Essen war sehr gut und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und die Eierspeisen werden nach Wunsch direkt frisch zubereitet.
Auch im großen Zimmer gab es einiges zu entdecken.
Man merkt in diesem Hotel dass eine Leidenschaft dahinter steht.
Ich freue mich schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch.

Superbe hôtel. Accueil, gentillesse du personnel, propreté, gastronomie, super après ski tout était parfait. Nous avions une super chambre la piscine et l espace bien être absolument génial. Cet hôtel était une découverte pour nous et nous y retournerons. La restauration est absolument fabuleuse, cela vaut le détour. Nous recommandons vivement.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Familie Schneider und das Team waren ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und wir haben uns in der familiären Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich. Die Zimmer sind perfekt sauber und äußerst geräumig. Es wurden viele Bereiche neu umgebaut, was sehr ansprechend gelungen ist.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
PS: Das Eisstockschießen in der dazugehörigen Eishalle hat Riesenspaß gemacht und ist wirklich empfehlenswert!

Alles überaus lobenswert im gemütlichen Hause Monzabon! Sehr nette und herzliche Familie sowie Mitarbeiter die steht‘s sehr aufmerksam und bemüht sind. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast sehr willkommen. Kein Wunsch bleibt hier offen. Michael Broger’s Küche ist eine der besten die ich probieren durfte, jedes Gericht ist eine Augenweide und Geschmacksexplosion pur! Meine Familie und ich kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Melanie, Wilfried & Team :)

Als langjähriger Gast im Hotel Monzabon ist es mir ein Anliegen, schriftlich ein großes Lob an die Hotelführung und die Mitarbeiter auszudrücken. Alles funktioniert perfekt, das Haus bietet gemütlichen Komfort, ist extrem gut in der Lage zu den Skiliften, die Qualität der Küche ist einzigartig (sowohl das Frühstücksbüffet als auch das Imbiss-Buffet und das Menü am Abend) und der SPA Bereich inclusive dem wunderschönen Schwimmbecken bietet einen herrlichen Ausgleich zum Skisport oder bei Schlechtwetter.

Gastfreundschaft wird von allen Angestellten und von der Eigentümerfamilie aus Passion gelebt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und mit vielen kleinen Details verziert. Die Küche ist absolut Spitze. Vom Frühstück, das in der Auswahl nicht zu übertreffen ist, bis zum romantischen Candle light dinner ist alles top Qualität und wenn möglich aus der Region. Die Fantasie und die Ausführung vom Haubenkoch ist einmalig.
Der romantische Aspekt in der Adult only Saison ist erfolgversprechend für jedes liebende Paar. Die vielen kleinen Herzenöffner garantieren eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre für sie und ihn.
Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Perfect gelegen hotel in centrum Lech. Je skiet direct door naar de skiraum. Liften op 200 meter. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers. Aankleding van het hotel is klassiek Oostenrijks ofwel oubollig. Sauna , zwembad en Turks-bad zijn schoon en fijn. Eten is goed en enigszins overdadig.
Negatief punt. Sigaren-roken in lounge na 2200 uur toegestaan. Geen duidelijke afspraken over kledingvoorschrift sauna en gedrag van de kinderen in sauna-ruimte.
