Johann and all the staff were amazing. A great hotel, allowing us to leave bags when we arrived early. Able to use the facilities when we had a late departure as well.
The food was great. Fantastic family atmosphere in the bar on an evening with people playing cards / board games.
The rooms as huge wand very clean.

Have been coming here for a few years for winter skiing and snowboarding. Highly recommended! Very hospitable and knowledgeable staff. Almost don't want to write this review so that I can keep the experience to myself!

What a wonderful experience. The hotel was superb from the rooms , food , drinks and relaxation. Exactly what you need after a long day of skiing . We booked a half board which includes breakfast buffet , apres ski snacks and sumptuous 4 course dinner, buffet salad and kids dinner buffet. The staff were all very kind, friendly and made us feel welcome . The hotel offers sauna , hydromassage , steam room , quite room and also has storage for ski equipment . Great transport to the gondola area ( which comes free ) Very good location, view was amazing whether you're in the terrace or just outside the street . Johan the owner tooks us for a candlelit walk through the forest and ended up back into the hotel with a glass of gluwein😃 Thank you to all the staff especially to Naomi and Stephanie .

Best hotel I've stayed at that has consistently impressed and amazed me, the staff are kind and always helpful, rooms are always clean and if you need anything like extra pillows or towels they are happy to help, the good is magnificent, great selection for breakfast, snack and dinner

Great rooms, delicious food, original atmosphere, splendid facilities (dry souna, wet souna, swimming pool with jacuzzi, hydrojet massage bed) parking on site.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was very nice and clean and had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. The food was really nice, 4 course meal. The spa area was also very clean and the pool area also has chairs so you can just sit or relax. The staff are nice too. It is only a short walk to the bus stop to get around the town or to the mountains. Most of the hotel staff speak some English. It is a very good hotel!

Hotel is immaculate. The food is plentiful and the house wine is excellent. The ski room is great and the sauna/steam is very clean. Christoph is brilliant front of house and is super helpful. Everyone was friendly. The rooms are spotless. We would highly recommend!

Great hotel, quiet location, great facilities and v spacious family room with beautiful bathroom (berg idyll) Very friendly, helpful staff.
Amazing food.

Only downside is that is it located up a pretty steep hill.

Spent 3 nights here during a conference. Hassle free. Good room, good breakfast, nice staff and nice sauna facilities with many different saunas and an indoor pool. Rooftop outdoor area with beautiful views. Close to ski rentals and bus going to the ski lifts.

Rooms are very nice, we had a view of the mountains which was amazing. Showers were hot, bathroom was nice. Employees are very accommodating and helpful with excellent English which made things easy to communicate. Food was in mouth watering. Would highly recommend.

Had a very nice stay for 10 nights. Good service, good food, nice breakfast buffet every morning and a very nice spa and swimming pool. Also plenty of parking available and good storage for ski equipment available.

We booked this hotel through a sunweb package with half board. We thought the hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a spacious room and excellent bed. Also a fantastic shower at the end of a long day skiing. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from the centre, although an occasional ski bus comes right to the door (we decided to just leave our skis in a locker at the base of the lift for 5€ for 3 days).
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar was cosy and warm with plush chairs and a roaring fire.
Our dinner was of a high standard, and once again the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was tasty too!
The pool area was ok. The sauna seemed to be only for nude guests. That is something we weren’t used to and found a bit off putting, so we didn’t use the facilities.
We would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Always very friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. Specal thanks to Marie for organising a surprise bouquet for my wife and Hubert and Naomi for always making our little girl smile.
The food is good with plenty to eat and you wont need much lunch after the everlasting buffet breakfast :) Just one thing would make it perfect especially when trying to get young children to skischule. Get the hotel it's own minibus service pretty please 😊 thank you x

Perfect stay in skiing paradise! :) Beautiful wellness, comfortable accomodation, unique atmosphere, friendly staff and absolutly amazing place. Perfect snow condition and neverending empty wide slopes... we love it here and we will come again!

Caters for vegetarians with limited options.
5 mins walk to town centre & 10 mins walk to spar supermarket.
You can get the free ski bus from outside the hotel to the gondola at weidersberghorn bahn.

Everything of a high standard, coupled with wonderful scenery and guest card to make best use of local transport. Recommended.
