My family and I enjoyed a perfect night out at this amazing restaurant. The staff and service was outstanding. The food was exceptional and delicious. It was an exciting, interesting and wonderful dining experience. Over the top good!
Also, the restaurant is astetically beautiful as well.
Our family loved everything about the experience. I would highly recommend checking it out if you are in town.

In my 4 week stay in Cordoba, my partner and I ate here 4 times (3 in the SIBARIS Restaurant and once in the less formal restaurant in the hotel lobby). This place is without a doubt my favourite restaurant so far in Argentina, and in my top 10 worldwide!
All the food we tried was amazing, everything had so much flavour and generous portions. We ordered the grilled & roasted entrecote, vegetable sides, the goat with sweetbreads, 3 pasta dishes AND 3 desserts over our visits. Everything was 11/10!! You also get very high quality snacks/horderves before both the lunch and dinner service (dinner has more snacks + complimentary sparkling wine). Wine list is so extensive, and the serves really know their stuff and will help with selections if you want. They also can speak English, and the level of attention is immaculate.
You MUST eat here, and I bet you'll be back more than once! Enjoy!

Wonderful dining experience! I ordered medium rare Entrecôte with salad which tastes fantastic! Appetizers were special with special drink in tube. After the meal they also serve with chocolates. Highly recommended and hope I can come back next time!

I‘ve eatin in top Restaurants all around the world - this is international top class - the rib eye was the best in 3 weeks of a Argentina/Brazil vacation.

I don’t write 5 star reviews super easily. This place is top notch. I’ve been here twice with 3 people and have tried 6 dishes. EVERYTHING was delicious.
The favorites: Cordero braseado, ravioles de espinaca, ojo de bife.
All around excellent top notch.

The best meat I tried in cordoba, salmon was also very good and the entrance a great culinary experience. Top service and good price. Love it, we will come again.

Excellent choice in Cordoba! Meats were fine complemented by Mendoza and Salta region wines. 5* please add some French dishes to the menue!

Great place to have dinner, underrated. You would never think that it’d be that good from such a small place. Book in advance, it get full fast.

Food is excellent, truly an innovative experience in Córdoba. The service is always there for the little details and the calm ambience is just what you need to get distracted from the noise of the city. Pricy, but totally worth it.

I didn't realize when I booked that it was a hotel restaurant (part of the Windsor Hotel). I typically try to avoid hotel restaurants, since they usually have a lower standard level, kept in business by those staying there. But Sibaris stands nicely on its own. We arrived at 8p and most others didn't start arriving until 9p or so (fairly common in most of Argentina). Excellent food, well presented.

One of the best fine diners I’ve ever tried anywhere. Everything is perfectly done, from the small taste of cold cut thin beef with orange pepper sauce to the perfectly cooked tenderloin with a side of mashed potatoes, the best of all though: the shrimps with a godly corn sauce. IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN CORDOBA DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE.

My husband and I decided to have dinner while on our stay in Cordoba. Throughout the whole experience we were served by an excellent server. The food was divine, we opted for the potato gnocchi and meat ravioli. For dessert we took a semi freddo which was one of the best things we've ever tasted.
Definately one of the best dining experiences we've had in our stay in argentina.

This is honestly the only real caliber cooking in all of Córdoba. Eat here. Otherwise don’t bother going to eat at restaurants that serve identical menus. Soooo good SIBARIS!! Thank you for saving this California girl from culinary misery.

Very attentive service, nice menu selection and great tasting food! A great wine list too. Overall a very quality experience for a very reasonable price.
