Basen Hotel

I made a tour throughout Armenia and stayed in various hotels in different cities and regions. This hotel won my heart with their friendly and interested personal, (also English speaking) with a breakfast more than simple (local products, honey production in the backyard) and delicious meat and other dishes for the evening. Most of all, I had the chance to go to Ughtasar, a not so easy region to go to since it is a bit dangerous and under military surveillance. The guide knew a lot about plants and herbs in the mentioned environment. And what surprised me the most is that I had a very good troughout sleep, because the matress was so good, and the days were packed with info and impressions (Zorats Karer, Ughtasar, Karawanserei etc) and that does not happen to me so often. The hotel itself is simply decorated and clean. I can only recommend it.

Great place! Excellent hospitality, very good food, warm welcome. Assistance in organizing trekking to the Shakin waterfall, assistance with all questions. The place I wish to come back again!

Very welcoming hotel. Owners are friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are clean. Prices not very high. Worth to stay in. Main road to Sisian is just perfect but in the city not renovated yet but drivable. City itself is friendly.

Не плохой отель, нуждается в ремонте и обнавлении пастельного белья, занавес ок и стульев.

Открыли дверь апартаментов. И сразу поняли что спать мы будем как младенцы. Матрасы шикарные. Номер отличный, чистый, понравились как расположено все удобно и под рукой. Нечего лишнего. Класс!!!
