It has everything you need for your stay and an amazing view of the lake, the mountains and the city.
Roland is an awesome host that will help you with everything and anything you may need and the communication him is smooth.

My husband and I are full time travellers and have been to several places and this is definitely one of the best.
We've been there twice and will definitely go back in the future.

Booked for 3 days, extended to 7. Really great apartment, everything I needed. All seemed new, decor was lovely, modern, COMFORTABLE FURNITURE & BED (not so easy in Albania, I'm discovering). Roland was easy to communicate with and there when I needed anything. Location was perfect for me - not in the center of all the activity, but a very short walk away. View was spectacular.

The Place to stay in Pogradec at only 5 minutes walk to Ohrid Lake

The apartment is really fully equipped and very comfortable. Nice view over the mountains around Ohrid Lake. You can enjoy the surroundings of Pogradec, sitting on the two nice balconies of the apartment. Sir Roland, the owner of the apartment is really a 'Gentleman'! Very helpful and speaking very fluently the English language. We should stay again in his apartment when we come back. Thank you so much, indeed, Sir Roland!! We'vecreceivedcthe best personalized cervice from the host. The spartment has everything you need and more. The building is high, so you can see the lake over other buildings.
Close to the lake and essential shopping.
We've extended our stay to enjoy it more.

Roland's apartment is definitely the best choice in Pogradec in my opinion! It is very clean and has everything you need. The wifi is very strong and everything is very comfortable. The bed is spacious and soft, and the chairs are very nice. Especially since I had to do some work from home. Location is just outside the center but close to everything. This way you have the peace and quiet, but all the comforts. You can easily stay here for a week! And Ronald is verry friendly, he will help you with anything you need.

I know this apartment. It's close from the center of the city and it's close to everything that you will need. The apartment is very clean modern and comfortable. The owner of the place Roland is ready at all time for anything to help you. Highly recomended this place! My opinion:

Appartment located on the 7th floor with a beautuful view of the lake and mountains.
Free and easy parking just under the appartment.
The appartment is very clean and is well equiped with everything you need for a long stay.
In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the boulevard and the lake, and in less than 10 minutes by car you can visit Drilon and Tushemisht.

Very nicely decorated appartment with a fully equiped kitchen.Even some coffee, olive oil ,salt and other herbs . And I really appreciated the real plants! All appartments are differently decorated with a very nice taste. View from both sides are nice. One has city vieuws the other ones with a bit of lakeview. I got the city view cause one of the only ones with ac and when i arrived it was really cold and rainy,which was not normal for the time of the year.So i stayed warm.Location is very central, but not a lot of streetnoise cause it was on the 6th floor with elevator. Roland is a very helpful host! Think its the best stay if you want to come to Pogradec

Nice stay, affordable, clean, sweet view, accomandating host and close to the beach. Everything was as advertised and there is a working fridge with a freezer. Loved the balcony.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, and the beach was a five min walk away!!Roland was very helpful and was perfectly on-time at check-in and showed us everything. The space was well maintained and clean , with a great view to top it off

Zeer mooie luxe schone appartement met complete uitgeruste keuken.
zeer aangeraden appartement die ik als cijfer een 10+ geef.
Een geweldig uitzicht vanaf de bovenste verdieping op de bergen en het Ohrid meer!
Er is wifi aanwezig en een lift en parkeerplaatsen.
De gastheer Roland krijgt van mij ook een cijfer van 10+
Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame man, en altijd bereikbaar!
Airco en verwarming ook aanwezig, dus ook in de winter een geweldige vakantie gehad.
Allemaal mooie luxe appartementen, van alle gemakken voorzien.
Dit is de tweede keer dat ik hier een appartement huur, en ik kom zeker weer terug!
