Osumi Canyon viewing point

Beautiful landscape. In summer, there is not much current in the river and you can swim in the canyon without risk.
It's a magical place where time stands still !!

Wow!! We came on a tour of the Osum Canyon through our host at Hannas Hostel and my gosh it was incredible!! The view was stunning, we were super lucky to have such good weather as it had been raining heavily for a few days prior (as you can tell by the muddy water). In case of any confusion, you do not need tickets to see from the viewing point - there is a nearby cafe that sells soft drinks and has a toilet (which I recommend on a hot day!) but other than that you don't need any money.
I will 100% recommend travelling up to the Canyon if you're staying in Berat, it makes for a great day out.

A new viewing platform. Probably the best views together with Osumi bridge from this place. There is a huge parking spot and a camp beside it.

Hiking down to the river is worth it. A small waterfall on the way down and one can cool one's feet in the refreshing water. Some people were fishing there too.

Nice quite and peaceful place. But it is far from another attraction and city. Its free and there is a free parking next a cafe shop

Nice stop with a free platform overlooking the canyon. Also way enough space to park, also for caravans.

No access to the canyon itself, but you can go on a trail from a little bar down the road.

Beautiful viewing point. Possible to eat at the restaurant in front of the viewing point.

It's such a beautiful place. Highly qualified and polite staff. The food is incredibly tasty and I highly recommend this place.

Dojazd nie tak straszny jak można było przeczytać (od strony Berat). Urokliwa trasa a kanion robi duże wrażenie. Piękne miejsce.

An der Straße ist ein Campingplatz & eine Bar ausgeschildert.
Einfach auf das Gelände fahren & dort parken.
Nach einem kurzen Fußweg findet man den ausgebauten Aussichtspunkt 👍

Eine Super Aussicht in den Canyon !!....Die entlohnt für die langwierige Anfahrt..... Oberhalb der Plattform, direkt am Parkplatz, gibt es ein (sehr) einfaches Restaurant...mit kalten Getränken. Besuch der Plattform und Parken sind kostenfrei.

Einer der schönsten Spots, um den Ausblick in die Osum Schlucht zu genießen.
Direkt an einem kleinen Campingplatz gelegen.
