Situé dans un endroit tellement proche de tout, c'est un hôtel à appartement très agréable, tu laisse t'a voiture au parking gratuit et tu as tout a moins de 5 minutes à pied, la plage idéal pour les tout petits car peu d'eau sur une bonne distance, la digue pour une superbe balade, le port, les magasins,la foire et j'en passe. Pour un prix très démocratique tu as un appartement tout équipé cuisine, sdb, balcon, 2chambre, WiFi partout gratuit, air conditionné, ascenseur etc, vous passerez des moments bien agréable sur la terrasse où vous pourrez également vous rassasié de délicieux plats préparés avec professionnalisme. Vous serez toujours agréablement accueilli par Flora la patronne et son époux qui seront toujours a l'écoute et vous ferons passer des vacances bien méritées. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.👍

If there is 0 stars I would give them...We arrived as a family of 4, came to reception, and shown our room. They told us it is not ready but we can leave our staff and in two hours it will be prepared for us. We went on the beach, which was another surprise, while me and wife were in the water the sunbed guy, shouted on our kids, throw away our towels and took away sunbed... when I came, guy stood there, making gestures that we can not have more than two.sunbeds..ok... can I pay for extra sunbeds( which by the way are cca 5euros)...he said NO in bad maner, No..and went...ok... 5 min later a kid next to.us said, he understood you but said he won't give you coz you are Serb😭..by the way I am Montenegrian...
Any how, eventually we came back to the hotel, six or seven hours later, new receptionist said you are not in that room, I moved you to another... our staff?? I moved it..ev is ok... Room DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER, TOILET DID NOT WORKED, AC DID NOT WORK( 37⁰ OUTSIDE), NO TOILET PAPER, NO TOWELS NO SOAP, SHAMPOO..NO MIRROR, ELECTRITY CABLES EVERYWHERE...SO ON SO ON... My clothes was thrown on suitcase, the left half of the staff in te previous room, they said no spare key and we must wait to guests to come back...eventualy arround 23:30h I knocked on the door and the guy gave to me my staff...
So peoole you have ONE GOOD THING IN THIS HOTEL AND THAT IS WAITER MICHAEL( MAJKL), and if the owner read this ,he shoud consider to change managment and put this guy in charge
..otherwise all the investment which is huge will unfotunatelly go in the drain...
With this location and some effort this place could be five star hotel... Till then STAY AWAY

If I could give 0 stars to this hotel, I would! This is the most abominable hotel I've ever been to. During my stay there, they did not have toilet paper, towels and food other than pizza. When I asked a staff member for toilet paper she told me that another staff member had to go to the shops in order to buy some due to the fact that there wasn’t any in stock and when I asked for towels they said that they are not able to provide me with any because they don’t have anymore. In addition, the toilet in my hotel room was terrible and the sheets were filthy. This hotel is NOT the one, I am jusy trying to save you all from wasting your money : )

To Whom may concern booking holiday at Arnima Hotel Shengji.
I booked my holiday few months ago with Booking.com to stay at Arnima Hotel , Shengjin 🇦🇱 Checking in on 29th of July 2019 and checking out on 06th of August 2019( bed and breakfast)
I received an email last months from Arnima hotel as there’s no breakfast.
I emailed back to explain you cannot change the terms a condition after booking with Booking.com
2 days ago I received another email the room price has changed and increased by £250 so I am shocked with this behaviour Arnima hotel management is doing with customer rights.
Today on 14/07/2019 I have cancelled my booking and I will never ever book holiday in the future with any Arnima hotels.
I will complain to booking.com.

Parking thonë ka, por duhët veturën ta parkosh në rrug.
Wifi nuk punon, uji në banjo nuk punon

Ich hatte eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, es war sehr dreckig, Service 0 4nächte und keine warmes Wasser. Keine Klo papier usw.

Neprofesionalni,rezervirame vo april cenata bese 270e so vklicen dorucek za 8 nokevanja,vo juli ni kazuvaat 50 e od vecer bez dorucek.

Ich hatte eine schlechte Erfahrung im Hotel.Die Mitarbeitern waren unfreundlich und die Wohnung war alt und unbephlegt.
