Here is the updated dates and distanations from sarande to everywhere in Albania.

Make sure you go get a ticket from the station it self as there are mini Buses that will tell you to ride with them as they going to your distanation but it turns out that they're going to another city and you have to take another car, so make sure you're at the bus station and have a ticket.

Bus for different destinations are clustered within a few blocks of the area. No single displayed time table is reliable or complete. Just ask around. Albanian people is helpful and would show you the right one.

This is where most of the mini-buses depart from. Attached you can see timetables to different cities for different operators, however being here in off season (end of march) the minibus did not follow the schedule. Talk to people around there and they will try to find a solution. We got offered a ride by a minibus driver at a random time and all was good.

Can find bus services from Saranda to different towns/cities of Albania. Pictured is one company that has a timetable. I'm sure there are other companies leaving at different times to different towns too- but you would either have to wait, or ask for a bus that suits your route.

A little tricky to find a ticket office for international bus travel. The people around are helpful if you ask. We bought tickets to Athens from Saranda (25€) each with 1€ additional fee. The lady at the desk did not speak English but she had a translator she called right away and all was good. Buses to Athens are 0600 and 1800 and you need to buy ticket the day before :) it’s easy if you ask around!!! Signage could be better.

Es la “estacion” de autobuses de Sarande, que en verdad es una calle donde estan parados todos los buses en fila y has de preguntar a la gente a donde va cada bus y el precio. Se paga dentro del bus.
Te llevan a casi todos sitio: blue eye, Tirana, Berat…
Mas abajo al final de la calle esta la parada de autobus que ca a Kasmil o Butrinto

Trans dea bus stop. Be careful. They pointed to a certain mini bus that was supposed to go to Gjirogoster, leaving at 10am. Price 600 lek. On the bus reads Lushnje. When I asked, it turned out that the bus isn't direct and you need to change the bus somewhere one the way.
They will not advise you (of course) that there is a direct bus from trans butrinti few meters away for 400 lek

There is a bus stop. It is difficult to get a bus and figure out the times since the times are not accurate.
