Old Submarine Bunker

Cool bunker with extremely nice swimming spots near by. Park on the main road if you don’t have 4x4 as the road gets rough and it’s about a 25 minute walk down the hill to the beaches and the bunker. Shoe’s recommended.

Kayaking here from Himara is also possible. 9 km round trip approximately . It takes a while and requires some strength and only possible with quiet sea.

The submarine bunker was built during the dictatorship of Enver Hoxha!

Very impressive location with beautiful view and beautiful rock beaches nearby. The road from the intersection with the Riviera road is a disaster, only for 4x4 raised cars, but walking takes 20 minutes and it's not difficult (and it's beautiful)

Difficult to get there, if you go by car it will get damaged by rocks so i reccomend SUV or some truck. Anyway its very beautiful and worth to go there.

Quite a walk but if you're brave enough, it's possible to go by car a bit further and leave it on the hill. There is also a little beach near the bunker.

Worth every step

Ein cooler LP der zum Schwimmen einlädt, doch Vorsicht an den Steinen im Wasser verletzt man sich schnell.
Jedenfalls ein Ort den man gesehen haben muss.

Super gaaf om de oude submarine base te zien! Het pad er naartoe is met een 4x4 goed te doen maar wel uitdagend, zeker na een flinke regenbui!

Petit urbex très sympa, le sentier est plutôt facile et la plage d'à côté vaut le détour, donc n'hésitez pas
