Iris Car Rental (Saranda)

Awesome car rental place! Best price we found out of everywhere we looked in area. We hired car in Sarande and they let us drop off wherever we wanted in Tirana, we dropped at bus station so made it entirely easy for us to get straight on the bus. The price got cheaper the more days we rented it and they were very flexible with every aspect of us using the car and coming to an agreement. I could not recommend the car hire anymore. Super easy to deal with and rent.

I am very pleased that i toke this car. I took this family car and everything was perfect. The car was not the best year, but at my surprise the condition was at the highest. New tires and full serviced.

We rented car from Iris and we were very satisfied, no deposit needed also 2 drivers possible without any charges. Car was not new one but in perfect condition. Communication with guys also good through WhatsApp.

Excellent service and reasonably priced. we hired a car from Sarande to Tirana and there were no issues at all, their friendly staff were helpful and great at communications, they said they had 24hr assistance but we had no issues at all.

The best car company we' ve ever encountered!

We were so happy to have found this car company! First of all, they were the only car company that still had cars (even at a decent price), when we were looking for one. But besides that, they offered us the best customer service, we have ever came across! When we returned the car at 10pm (a bit later, what was no problem :) ) , we realized that our accommodation/ our hotel cancelled the booking. Therefore we were kind of overwhelmed by the situation, not knowing were to go and where to stay at night (everything was fully booked, so it was hard to find a different accomodation) . But - thanks god! - we booked with Iris Car Rental and they started calling hostels, friends, neighbors just to make sure that we would find a place to stay for the night and in the end they found a place for us to stay for free for the night! We will never forget how much you helped us in such a difficult situation! We can only highly recommend renting a car with iris car rental! 6 out of 5 stars!

Very happy with our experience at Iris car rental. We took scooter for 14 days and everything was ok. Staff very friendly and proffesional. We highly recomend Iris Rental.

The car renting was quite easy and for a very resonable price! Event though we had some issues with one car, the guys from Iris came by and helped to resolve the situation! We had a nice time together afterwards. The second car got delivered to our doorstep for free, which they offer in Saranda. Very nice people!

The best service ever.
I needed a car for 2 weeks , it was a nice one, i dont speak albanian so they also helped me with papperwork and the staff was very helpfull .Also the car had an economik engine so i didnt spend much money on the fuel, the prices were great ,afordable by anyone. Next time i come to Albania i know exactly where to find my vehicle.

They are so friendly people. They bring the car to our hotel and we don’t pay nothing about that . The car was so good . The car have air conditioning it was to comfortable. And after that we let the car at the port terminal and we don’t pay for that.
