Viola Garden Hotel Restaurant

Excellent rooms. We didn't expect such clean and fancy looking rooms. The bathroom is just luxury. The see view with the table is amazing.

As for the service we had a very warm wellcome. They helped us with the luggage and with the parking. As we ordered the service was very kind and delicate.

I highly recommend the baclava dessert with pistachio and ice cream.

Fantastic place. We really enjoyed our stay! The spacious rooms were of high standard overall. Clean, facilities good, nice staff and delicious food. Definitely I will recommend to friends and other visitors.

Приветливый и очень вежливый персонал. Всегда спрашивали, как у нас дела, и были рады помочь.

Везде чисто и аккуратно. Завтраки вкусные и сытные!

Убирают в номерах каждый день, хотя в описании к готелю было написано: раз на 3 дня.

Один раз за 3 сутки была пропала вода в кране, но после обращения к персоналу очень быстро проблема была устранена.

Надо быть внимптельным при использовании лестничной клетки, крутой поворот ступенек, если быть невнимательном, то можно упасть (что у меня и случилось). Но есть лифт, поэтому ступеньками можно и не пользоваться)

Proprietari gentilissimi che ci hanno messo a disposizione tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno,stanze pulite e spaziose. Consigliato!

Overall I am giving this hotel 4 Stars. The view from the room we were in was beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They spoke really good English and my whole family felt very welcomed! The hotel and rooms are decorated really nicely. It is very very clean! The WiFi works great! The pools are very nice and the staff there is very friendly too. My kids (10&12) loved the pools. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! Very happy overall!
A couple of things we didn’t like were: There were a couple of things broken in the room, and the beach is very hard for kids to swim in (it’s very cold because of the river)

Mici probleme. Nu am putut plăti cu cardul ceea ce ne-a făcut să dăm cca 60 euro în plus. Taxele la ATM, huge! Mici probleme cu apa caldă. Aer condiționat funcțional și necesar. TV nu am folosit dar nici nu mergea prea bine. Liniște. Plaja aproape. Cu pietre dar ok. 10 euro/zi - umbrela și 2 șezlonguri. Băuturi aduce băiatul de pe plaja, care și încasează taxa de șezlong. Per total, un sejur reușit! Recomand!

Prosečan hotel definitivno nije 4☆.Domaćin Toni je fenomenalan ali to je sve.Nije na plaži nema svoje lezaljke niti pristup plazi.Koristi bazen obližnjeg hotela.Hrana vrlo oskudna i doručak jadan.Jedino su sobe lepe i vrlo čiste.

Sicuramente non è un hotel 4 stelle. Al massimo un 2 stelle italiano. Pulizia poco curata, buona cucina con un buon Chef ma con prezzi superiori alla media del posto
