Lors de notre passage, les cours étant finis, tout le quartier semblait mort. On aurait dit que les bâtiments étaient abandonnés.
Malgré cela, on a pu voir de nouveaux bâtiments qui venaient de sortir de terre.
L'endroit parait important puisqu'il regroupe à la fois l'université et à proximité l'école polytechnique.
Le quartier est difficilement praticable en raison de tous les travaux en cours.

Fakultetet e ketij universiteti jane shperndare ne shume zona te kryeqytetit. Emblematike jane disa ndertesa qe jane projektuar nga arkitektet italiane gjate viteve 1930-40 te shekullit te kaluar te stilit racionalist.
