ACREM a Property Management company of Balfin Group.
While managing Ambasador 3 building it has shown NO TRANSPARENCY, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
It took the loss of 2 expensive bikes (they're stolen in full daylight) from the parking of Amb 3 bldg in order for ACREM (the mngt co.) to fix the parking door for few days. Now the parking door is broken again and ACREM does not care at all until smth is lost again.
Acrem is a bunch of losers, unethical, unprofessional, unresposible, immporal and corrupted people. I think this definition is close enough to what they are.
