Real Scampis

A very well situated hotel. Nice staff, good rooms and food ! I had a pleasant stay at the Real Scampi !

A charming location, a must-go! We had dinner here and it was very tasty!

The very best place to go in Elbasan. They should do better coffee but because of the beautiful sightseeing and the very nice music I love going there.

The restaurant is located within a castle and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and old monuments. The food is great, everything we ordered was delicious and looked good. The service was slow in the beginning but they made up for it after that and brought everything on time. The prices are moderate and fair. I recommend going there eating and taking photos.

Haven't tried the restaurant but the bar in the garden inside the walls. Wonderful location inside a medieval fortress with perimeter walls. Garden inside is cozy. Grass very well kept and good service. Location for a relaxing aperitivo maybe in late afternoon. Music. We saw wedding parties and people taking photos as the walls are photogenic.

We enjoy a lovely breakfast surrounded with the old castle with nice views and good music I literally fell in love with this place and the prices are really good

The Scampis is so beautiful and clean. I can feel the hospitality from the waiters when I asked for WiFi password and the toilet location. The fish served was so fresh and delicious. My friend s and I did take a a lot of photos after meal. I really like it..

Very special experience in an historical place. It's in the Castle! From outside you cannot see anything. Go through the the gate and there it is: full of history, huge place with many different levels, very cosy. Very fresh: green (trees) and water. Nice personal, good food. I really recommend it.

5 stars not for the hotel (we didn't stay), but loved the restaurant and grounds. Classy place in the castle with parking and some archaeology.

Comfortable room in an amazing castle garden. Bathroom little bit outdated, but not disturbing. Recommend having a drink or something to eat here as well!

Great location inside medieval old walls, even if it’s just for a beer in the lovely gardens.
Food good, we had scampi salad (no fish, it’s the old name of the town) grilled veg and chips with 0.5 litre wine for about 1500 lek.
Delicious wine.
Waiter very helpful with advice about local busses and buying football tickets!

We only visited the café. The place is nice with really beautiful garden. The waiter was nice. You can pay with euro too here which was good for us. It's a nice place to escape from the hotness in summer.

Perfect location inside XVth century fortress, regional food, wonderful design, low prices (5-10 euro/person for a dinner). Best restaurant in Elbasan! After a dinner I recommend to take a walk around the old town. :)

The best place to rest in Elbasan, food is delisious, staff very polite..full of history, the castle, artefacts, the horticulture is simply amazing...the smell of jasmin during month of may and june is majestically impressive 😍

The food in this place is sooo good. Everytime we go to Elbasan to visit family we make sure to go here at least once. The cook is so creative and brings all sorts of yummy foods for us to try that are pleasing to the eyes and taste buds. 😍

It is one of the most interesting places in Elbasan. You can have a coffee or a full meal while you also get a feeling of the historic castle walls.

Good food, pizza, pasta, meat and fish dishes. Great atmosphere inside the walls of the old castle, with rose gardens and alfresco dining.

Really nice atmosphere within the castle walls. A green oasis during the day and magical at night.

Great hotel for the money. It’s quite a unique place! I will definitely stay here again
