Vila 43 Lin

Beautiful newly renovated vila in Lin. The walk around the peninsula is one of the most breathtaking we’ve experienced on lake Ohrid.

More importantly our hosts were super welcoming, even though they didn’t speak much English. The room was perfect with an amazing view and we had both breakfast and lunch in the garden next to the lake. 100% would recommend.

Very clean and a high Hygienic standard, friendly service. Nice room. Sometimes difficult to communicate, but manageable. Breakfast very nice, but every day the same.

Stayed a weekend in july '22. Very well-received by Mihal and family, who prepare a great local fish "koran". Great lake view, while having breakfast or dinner, or from the balcony. Also fun to swim in the lake. Very clean rooms. There's a nice walk around the Lin peninsula that starts there, you can ask the family for info.

The location is fantastic and the place is brand new; the breakfasts and extra meals are delicious (the wine, too!). We felt welcome and happy! (There are a lot of things to do around Lin and adventure is calling.)

Absolutely amazing place and people! Everything is super clean and quiet - definitely the best stay in Lin! Madiana cooked for us a very good dinner with Koran fish (endemic to Ohrid lake) accompanied with a special bottle of home made wine by Naom. Speachless view from our balcony! Thanks a lot!

We had a great weekend in Lin in Vila 43.The view from the lake was amazing. The room was modern and very clean .The food was very delicious.Mihali and his parents were very nice.I will comeback again.

Excellent location, room, service, view, and food! Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place. The owners are lovely and the view from the balcony of the room will take your breath! Enjoy your visit!

I've been traveling to Pogradec almost every summer week end the last 10 years and I've been to each and every hotel in town and definitely this is the best one - spacious brand new rooms, beautiful lake view, excellent service. I've already booked my July holidays there.

Lakefront Tranquility and Serenity

Though we had booked this place purely because of its fantastic lakefront location, what made the stay a lot more special was the warm hospitality of the hosts who treated us like their own family! Of course, we were blown away by what is probably the best view you could find in any hotel around all of lake Ohrid, it was the interactions with the family members that made this experience more memorable!

LOCATION: The villa is located so close to the lake, you can hear the lulling and soothing sounds of the waves lashing against the shore from your room. A meditational experience

DINE + DRINK: The dining area at the ground floor is common to all the guests, and that is where you get Home cooked meals(specially prepared my mama!) served for dinner and breakfast. They do have a good selection of Imported wines for sale. The fireplace setting was perfect for a romantic evening

ROOM: We stayed in the room on the first floor facing the lake , so this review is based on that; VIEW: Million dollar views of the stunning lake and the misty mountains ; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Sweet bathroom with a Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Random cosmetics, bring your own!

FACILITIES: No gym or pool, pure lakeside chill

SERVICE: Friendly hosts that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the little kids who served as our translators!

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Medium sized Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

Très bon accueil. Chambre neuve. Lieu chic et moderne. La patronne nous a cuisiné un bon repas. Nous avons loué un kayak et fait un tour du coin. Demandez à éteindre le spot sur le balcon la nuit.

Merveilleux endroit pour prendre un bon bol d'air frais et se reposer. Le personnel est charmant, les plats typique et très bon et la literie très confortables. Je recommande à tous les amateurs de nature et de calme.
⚠ Le vin home made est pas très bon 😅 mais il y a une très bonne carte des vins.

Hôtel familial , accueil très agréable, chambre avec vue sur le Lac, bon repas de soir et tres bon petit dej, avec des beignets. Je recommande vivement.

Posto fantastico sulla riva del lago, siamo arrivati di notte in questo paesino senza auto né luci, ma con i grilli che cantano.
.. I proprietari due deliziosi coniugi di una certa età, molto ospitali!
Camere nuovissime con vista lago incantevole, e se volete mangiare qui come abbiamo fatto noi vi consiglio il pesce di lago cucinato al momento dalla padrona di casa e il birek a dir poco fantastico!!!!
Se dormite qui, mangiate anche qui perché la cuoca è davvero brava; a colazione, oltre il salato, la signora vi cucina le frittelle dolci sul momento accompagnate dalla sua marmellata di prugne.
