Good service, very quick pick up and drop off, car was in great condition and they were fine when I called ahead to push back my pick up time when my flight was delayed by 6 hours. Would use again.

I had some concerns before taking a car in Albania, however, Europcar exceeded my expectations. The staff is kind and explained all the details. The car (Renault Clio, 1.5 L diesel, automatic transmission) was new and clean. I used the car for 2 weeks without extra payment.
A few things to remember:
- you take a car with an almost empty tank and return it with the same fuel level;
- you need to clean the car before returning.
Definitely, I recommend Europcar in Tirana, it was one of my best rental experiences.

A good experience overall. I booked a dacia since I own one at home,we had 2 big luggage and 1 kid stroller. 2 adults and 2 small kids. The guy said we won't fit and gave us a different car a, fiat tipo from the same category with no price difference. It was, very appreciated. The car was olso brand new.

The rental from EuropCar was great got the car I booked online. The car was 8 month old just 20k kilometers. Both staff on pick up and drop of where very fast and vary helpful.
I would definitely recommend EuropCar tirana airport. Many thanks to the staff. Keep up the good work and Will definitely see you again.

J’ai loué une Fiat Tipo pour 6 jours (véhicule récent et en très bon état général). Le véhicule présentait des griffures aux différents endroits, j’ai pris des photos et nous avons indiqué tout cela dans le carnet. À ma remise du véhicule, je n’ai eu aucun souci… les travailleurs étaient professionnels

J'ai réservé une voiture pour 7 jours, tout était parfait. Personnel présent à l'accueil à 1h30 du matin, très professionnel. Je recommande, prix correct et voiture en très bon état.

Noleggiato una Dacia nel 2019, tutto è andato bene. Personale gentile ed estremamente corretto. L'auto era pulita e ben tenuta e non ci sono stati problemi.

Online aldığımız araç yerine bize bir üst modeli verdiler. Havalimanındaki görevli arkadaş son derece yardımcıydı. Araç kiralarken bizden alınan depozito(450€) iadesi konusunda endişemiz vardı ancak o da sorunsuz şekilde iade oldu. Uygun fiyata sıfır araçla gönül rahatlığıyla seyahatımızı gerçekleştirdik. Teşekkürler

Брали Sandero на неделю в аэропорту Ринас с возвратом там же. На карте депозит даже не стали морозить. Машину перед сдачей мы сами помыли. Пробег автомобиля менее 30000 км, состояние отличное, дизель. Рекомендую данную контору. Офис находится внутри аэропорта в правой его части, если стоять к зданию лицом.

Wir haben einen sehr gepflegten und jungen Fiat Tipo bekommen, der uns die gesamten 2 Wochen keinerlei Probleme bereitete und uns zuverlässig in jede Ecke Albaniens gebracht hat.
Da wir fast jeden Tag mehrere Stunden damit unterwegs waren haben wir den Wagen sehr lieb gewonnen.
Die Abwicklung beim Anbieter war top, sowohl bei der Annahme als auch bei der Abgabe.
Kaution auf der Karte wurde trotz Buchungsangabe gar nicht geblockt.

Alles in allem klasse Erfahrung, wurden wir sofort wieder nehmen!

Хороший сервис. Англоговорящий менеджер. Технически ухоженные автомобили, что очень важно для жаркой страны - в августе до +38°, и огромное количество горных спусков и подьемов с серпантинами - машина выдержала легко, в то время как почти на каждом подьеме мы видели множество закипевших машин) Процесс выдачи автомобиля занял 5минут. Возвращение автомобиля было тоже лёгким.

Only returned the car here, it was quick and non problematic. Guys were professional and nice. Many thanks for understanding and sorry for the rush!

Ne zyren e aeroportit vetem e kam kthyer makinen dhe cdo gje ishte e shpejte dhe pa probleme. Cunat shume profesional e te durueshem. Me falni per ngutin e keqkuptimet :)

Prise en charge rapide et efficace. Sur le 1er véhicule il y avait un problème à l' aéroport, dans le 1/4h nous avions un autre véhicule
