Manxurane Restaurant & Wines

I went to Manxurane for dinner with my girlfriend and we both loved it so much! The service and the atmosphere was great and way better than any other restaurants we’ve been before in Albania. The recommendations of wine to our food were spot on and the food itself was so delicious! My girlfriend and I shared the bruschetta trio which was very delicious and the baked feta with figs and grapes. The baked feta was the best dish of this evening! For the mains she went for the vegetarian pasta and I went for the short beef ribs, both fantastic and definitely to recommend! We most probably go there again to enjoy another great evening during our stay in this lovely restaurant.

I cannot explain how amazing this restaurant is....wow. The food here is incredible, along with the ambiance and the service. The decor of the restaraunt is gorgeous, but what makes it so special is the food!!! We have the surf and turf... which was the best steak I've ever had. The second night (we returned) we had the mussels , octopus ragu and roasted pear with Gorgonzola... YUM. The wine selection is gorgeous and this was the highlight of our trip. Definitely reccomend!

Very nice restaurant! Lovely staff and amazing food. Best restaurant in Sarandë. We went here twice during our 3-day trip. We came back because it was so good! Very nice local dishes and local wines. Also very nice view (especially at sunset). The waiters knew enough English and they really helped with giving glutenfree options!

Loved this place so much that we returned for another meal on our last night in Sarandë. The food and atmosphere are fantastic. I would happily return if I am ever in Sarandë again.

This has been my family's favorite meal since visiting Albania this year. The ambiance and service was worth a short 30 min wait. The restaurant is not very large so there appears to be a wait fairly often.

Every dish we tried was delicious, especially the osso bucco and our favorite the octopus ragu.

You can tell the chef has had excellent training. The sauces and pasta were cooked perfectly and incredibly fresh. I have never had octopus as tender as here, anywhere in the world.

The chocolate souffle for dessert was a great finish. Overall we had very kind service, quality food and wine, and the restaurant itself is very cozy especially on a rainy night like when we dined.

Had a very nice dinner in here and would definitely recommend! So many places around here offer the same food, but Manxurane had other options too and the food was really tasty! The food arrived quickly too. The atmosphere was very cosy and nice and quiet even if the restaurant was full. Service was really friendly and the recommendation on the Albanian wine was spot on!

Delicious and beautifully plated food with superb view! Shrimp risotto is very flavorful with bisque flavour and al dente-done rice. Burrata salad with pear is refreshing. Pan fried seafood with cognac is also excellent.

Just a lovely restaurant with its lovley and cosy atmosphere and view the the sea.

Then persons ho served me was just great ho gave me superb advice on what to eat. So I took seabrass with some local wine.
The desert was home made baklava with ice cream.

Will be back tomorrow for breakfast

Had some really nice dinner at this place. The seating area is really comfy and from the front you can look directly into the kitchen. The owner and other staff are very friendly. The food was perfect. Especially the paella was really good. I would definitely recommend it. The waiting time for the paella wasn’t long. The restaurant has a wide array of national and international wines you can choose from. We had a great dinner here.

This is a gem of a place!!! We tried to go the night before but it was full so we booked. The setting is gorgeous, the staff wonderful and the food is divine. The Albanian red wine was super quaffable too. It was so good we plan to go again before our trip ends.

Food beyond compare, food beyond belief!!!! We got a meat platter for two, it included beef, lamb and rabbit with some veggies. The meat was absolutely delicious and the recommended wine that was paired with it was perfect. Unfortunately there was a little bit of a wait there even on a Tuesday night, but I believe it was absolutely worth it.

Great food, friendly staff and service was prompt. Sunset view from the restaurant was an added bonus. We enjoyed our dinner/experience there, and decided to come back again for our last night in Saranda to cap off a wonderful holiday.

Nice relaxing ambience with amazing food and service. Please don’t forget to try the rice milk. Just incredible!!!

One of the best restaurant we ate at in Sarandë.
Very good food quality, so delicious, great to try on Albanian wine. The waiter really helped us in choosing the wine based on our tastes.
And also a great view. Very reasonable prices and good menu.

In my opinion this place is the best restaurant in Saranda. There are no such restaurants as Manxurane. Albanian cuisine but more exclusive than any other. Climate and service is also at really high level.
I’ve been here three times with no disappointments.

Very good food, amazing service and an incredibly cosy interior. My only complaint would be the risotto beneath my veal steak; the rice was a bit dry and had little taste.

The restaurant is a little bit more expensive than the other restaurants we have been to in Albania, but that probably also has to do with the popularity of Sarande. We didn't try any other restaurants here, so we can't compare.

The food was, however, outstanding and very different from other traditional places we have tried. They don't serve any housewines, but the bottle of red that we ordered was our favourite wine during our two week long trip. Be sure to make a reservation if you consider eating here; the restaurant was fully booked, and there was quite a long line of people hoping for a spot when we left.

I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner here! I’m vegetarian and whilst they did have a few vege dishes, I opted for fish as the reviews were glowing. The restaurant was quiet but the ambience was so lovely. I had 3 courses and a tea for 2500Lek, which I think is great value. The service was also wonderful. Thank you to the staff for making me so welcome :) They also have plugs if you need to charge your phone. Female solo dinner recommendation!

One of the best restaurants in Saranda. Food tastes like home made, service is great and the value for money is unbeatable.

The only reason I’ve given 4 stars for atmosphere is because the blinds were closed when I was there (due to rain) and the restaurant was very warm due to the kitchen activity. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly when I asked to open the blinds and once they opened it the atmosphere improved a lot.

We had bruschetta for starter, and I ordered the seafood mix for main, what an amazingly well prepared food. Will definitely come back before I leave saranda.

This is an amazing restaurant, the food and the atmosphere was great. I can say it is one of the best restaurants I have ever tried. The service was also excellent. I recommend you to make a reservation if you don’t want to wait a lot for a table, and also to get one with an amazing sunset/sea view.
