Excellent service! The staff at ACE Rent A Car were incredibly attentive and helpful. Their location near the airport made it convenient for me to pick up and drop off the vehicle without any hassle. I highly recommend ACE for their exceptional customer service and convenient location.

Overall great experience renting a car here for our first trip in Albania. They sent a car to pick us up from the airport (for free), and at the end of our trip we returned our car with no issues (of course, there were no damages and the car was returned as it was before).

The staff is nice and they made sure we were taken care of. The car they gave us was new, which was an added bonus. Very smooth experience and would rent again for my next trip in Albania!

Honestly no issue at all. The picked me up from my hotel and delivered the car pretty quickly. No upsells, just register, pay, see the car, keys in hand. The Citroen C3 car was also new and had Apple CarPlay. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

We rented a car for 4 days with this company. They provide a shuttle service from the airport, and all the details of what you get are very clear. The car was nice, clean and worked very well. The price was also very reasonable. I would hire from them again.

An extremely smooth run from airport transfer at the beginning until the drop off at the end. Very efficient staff and the airport transfers were free! The car we rented which was a Citroen was also a very nice looking and ran very well. Overall 10/10!

Great service. Timely pickup from airport to take us to their office about 10 min away. Car was very economical. Had low tyre pressure but the economy makes up for it once you inflate at any gas station. Quick return too. They didn't play any games or try to get extra money out of us. Only thing to be aware of is that if the car is dirty when you return it which it likely will be you need to either get it washed or pay 10EUR. We opted to get it washed ourselves from the place 2 min down the road for the equivalent of 4EUR. Friendly staff. Cars are slightly more worn that other bigger companies but then they are also charging a lot more. For the price the car and service were great.

The general manager, Ms. Sara Hoti, was very kind and patient with us. We had an error on reservation, but was willing to make the changes. My friends & I received a free car upgrade as well! The company picked us up from the airport to shuttle us to the rental car place. The process was easy!

Great experience, no office in the airport but this is clearly stated on the contract before renting and we were okay with it as the company offers a free shuttle service from the airport to the offices. Staff was friendly, helped with everything rent a car related but also took the time to answer questions we had (roads, best places to visit, etc). Thank you Sara and Kliti :)

Very good experience with ace rent a car. Good customer service. They provide free drop off to Airport too if you are returning the vehicle to the citroen main office in Tirana. Smooth and easy procedures from getting the car to returning it back. Overall I recommend ace rent a car for someone who wants to enjoy their holiday in albania of they are travelling a lot.

The service here was absolutely amazing! The car I had was in pristine condition, all new, very clean, and drove very well without any problems. When I received and returned the car, the service of the employees was remarkable and I felt well received in Albania. I would highly recommend to anyone in or visiting Albania!!

Excellent rental experience! It seems that most bad review here complain about what is standard for most car rentals - bring your tank full, don’t bring you car completely dirty, and respect your agreement! Evald is a great manager of this busy location, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Customer service was exceptional. They reached out to me a couple days before to agree on a pickup time, and they were waiting right outside the airport gate to drive me to their office. Thank you for the great service!

I'm logging in on my work email to write another good review. We were a little confused by the process. We left the car back late and asked for our deposit back (which had never been taken out) Such lovely staff and lovely people and so patience too.

For me is the best place to rent a car. Always clean and new cars. They always are waiting for me on time at the airport. Just few things you should before your booking: You should have a credit card or at least 600 euro in cash.

Every year we come on vacantion in Albania we rent the car here. The service is great, people are super nice and always had good cars. We highy recommend.

LIFE SAVERS! After getting almost scammed/ messed around by another compan, we were left stranded in Tirana airport ahead of a 2 week road trip. My partner called Ace, and their representative was there. Who was super friendly, we met with some other passengers and went to their office 15 mins away in a free transfer. They were able to find us a car, which was better than our original. For €420 for 2 weeks which we couldn't complain at. The process was really easy, smooth with no issues. All great on handover on way home too! Would 100% recommend & re-use!
