If anyone is visiting Albania and want to rent a car go for OK mobility as they give really extractive deals on rental cars and they make sure to make their customers happy and service was amazing by Lindi. I was in Albania for three days last week and wasn’t sure which car rental company to use. I went with OK Mobility because they had great reviews and now I know why.
OK Mobility were professional from start to finish. The gentleman in the office in Tirana was pleasant and very helpful. We had an additional driver arriving late and he stayed behind one hour after closing to help us out.
There were no hidden costs and the car was exactly what we wanted.
I can’t fault OK Mobility in Tirana, would definitely use them again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend going with them if you go to Tirana.

OK Mobility is one of the best car rental companies that I have used. I have hired vehicles in two different countries and the customer service is excellent and their vehicles are in great condition. The hiring process and delivery of the vehicle is quick. The guarantee deposit was returned to my card within a few days only.

Perfect management of my reservation and really helpful since I arrived to collect the car. They offered help and solved a minor issue i had with my reservation. Ina was really professional and provided good advices. The car was almost new and in perfect condition, I used it for 18 days and no problem. I will repeat with this company when I come back to Albania. Thanks!

We rented a car from Tirana airport for few days. Initially we booked a basic Toyota Corolla (old one), but instead we were surprised when we were offered an upgrade to a brand new 2023 Skoda Octavia, the car was amazing indeed, it made our trip in Albania more enjoyable.

The staff are friendly especially the wonderful Ina, she was very friendly and helpful, even suggested to us a few popular places to visit.

Excellent customer service received from Uend, both on getting and returning the car. The car itself was in perfect condition, no issues whatsoever. Car fleet seems to include new models of cars, which has not been the case when previously renting cars in Albania. Would definitely recommend.

Renting process was very fast and comfy . Ina was so helpful and kind, she upgraded our vehicle to a new 2023 Skoda Octavia echo friendlier car that made our holiday absolutely unforgettable with loads of pleasant memories . I had my elderly parents with me, therefore, he and his colleague offered to bring the car closer so my parents wouldn't need to walk for two minutes.

We got a Skoda Fabia for 9 days in Albania. The car was in a good condition and we didn't have problems at all. The female coworker today at 10 A.M. was nice and kind but the male one who checked the car was too grumpy that's not good for the service.
The caution of 1300 Euro is a little bit high. Barclays visa mostly has a limit of 500 Euro in Germany.

Very happy with the car and service, only minor issue is ,waiting for about 20 minutes when I picked up the car because was no one there . But once they were there was very professional and quick. A special mention to Guert in the morning when I dropped my car off . Definitely will return.

We selected the car online. Upon arrival in Tirana, immediately near the arrivals exit of the airport, Ina welcomed us in her office. Ina was very thoughtful and precise in her advice on the path she was interested in. We were given a brand new Polo equipped with all the accessories and a child seat that we needed. The checks for the delivery and collection of the car were quick and simple. Ok Mobility highly recommended by me

There were more than one rental company at the airport, but among the ones I have seen before on Google reviews, the best comments belonged to Ok Mobility company and Ms. Ina. She helped us in a very clear and understandable way. She recommended us a clean and decent vehicle and the price was reasonable compared to other companies. We said we would go to other countries. He offered full insurance for the car and we accepted it. We thank him very much for his help. He also gave guidance on road and border procedures. Mr. Uend helped us when returning the vehicle. She was as kind and caring as Ms. Ina. We would also like to thank both staff. I definitely recommend Ok Mobility company.

Excellent service the guys extremely friendly, everything was straightforward.
Our flight was rescheduled, we arrived 5 hours before expected and the guys did not have any problem to give us the car 5 hours before our booking.
I strongly recommend this place.
We simply recorded a video showing some minor scratches (the guys encouraged us to do it) in the car before taking it and at the moment we returned it the guys were fully aware of all these minor scratches.
Also they were EXTREMELY quick with all the paperwork (which I personally don’t like at all) both at the pick up as well as the return.

I found them very helpful through the whole process, and in particular Ina was very nice and helpful throughout. As a bonus she speaks perfect English.

I was surprised and annoyed by the additional charge for premium insurance part during pickup at first, as I don’t think the OkMobility website does a good job of explaining the different tiers when making a reservation, but that doesn’t have anything to do with this particular location’s management.

Once I drove a few days in Albania, I understood why they urge you to get the premium insurance. Their fleet is made up of brand new cars. Other local rental places give you old beat up cars. Roads can be rough in some places up north and you might find yourself driving over an exposed bridge or something at night without seeing it. It seems they are trying very hard to keep the fleet in Avis/ hertz level (“mint to excellent”) condition. They also have automatics at very affordable prices, which is not common in Eastern Europe.

Some other reviewers have noted problems when they didn’t buy the insurance (like the undercarriage of the car being checked). I have rented cars in a lot of countries and this is very typical. If you don’t buy premium insurance, a car company is going to be very particular about the state you return it in. Always take a video of the entire car before accepting it. If someone says don’t worry about it, do it anyway. That’s an employee, they don’t set company policy.

I’ll keep using this agency for renting a car everytime I’ll visit Albania. They are very close to airport so it’s the best thing when getting and leaving the car after and before the flight!!

Ok Mobility is the best car rental I've ever used! I found a car at the moment when it was impossible to rent a car anywhere else.
The car was new and in great condition. The rental process took 15 minutes and we got the car right away. The price was lower than in other rental offices!
There was no problem with returning the car in another city.
Special thanks to Ina from the office at Tirana airport. During my several-week trip around the Balkans she was the kindest, friendly and most helpful person I've ever met! It's worth visiting Albania to meet such wonderful people!
